The SHPE Jr Conference is for high school students in the local Orlando area with a focus on projects and mentorship. The conference will be held on April 13th from 10am to 3pm on the UCF main campus. Activities will include:
– Paper Rocket building in collaboration with UCF Knights Experimental Rocketry
– MakeCode programming in collaboration with Microsoft
– A Microsoft Q&A for students
– Hour of Code with Google
– Learning the ASCII language with Computer Science students from SHPE
