Hello everyone, my name is Alexis Howard and I am a Junior with a double major in Biomedical Sciences and Spanish.  I graduated from Central High School in Valley Stream, New York.  Some of my favorite classes at UCF are Biology I and Human Physiology. I enjoyed these classes because I love learning the processes the human body goes through!  Becoming a STEM Ambassador has been very exciting and I hope my passion for science is evident through my work.  If there is ever a doubt as to whether or not STEM is for you, that’s ok! Push through and your passion and ambition will continue to inspire you each day.  Aside from science, some things I enjoy doing are watching movies with friends, trying new foods, and napping!
