Amanda Lindsay
Amanda Lindsay is one of the Biologists for UCF’s Landscape and Natural Resources department. Her job includes conducting prescribed burns, restoration, and species monitoring in the 800 acres of natural areas on campus, maintaining campus compliance for the state regulated stormwater permit, managing the department’s GIS maps, and helping UCF undergraduate students find their passion in natural resources. She studied Environmental Sciences for her bachelor’s degree at UCF (2011) and is currently working towards a master’s degree at UCF in Conservation Biology and GIS.
