Hi! I’m Maggie, and I’m a sophomore double majoring in Math and Computer Science.  As a former homeschooler, I had a unique educational experience that allowed me to take a creative ownership over my education and foster a passion for the sciences.  I’m thrilled to share that passion with others as an ambassador this year.

While I entered UCF as a pure math major, I fall more in love with coding every day.  My favorite classes at UCF include those that challenge me to come up with creative software solutions to difficult problems.  There’s an incomparable joy that emerges when a piece of code finally works–I chase that feeling every day when I sit down at the computer.  This year, I hope to inspire others to do the same!

When I’m not in school, I enjoy watching college football, baking, and writing poetry.
