Hi everybody! My name is Danielle Randazza. I am a senior at UCF and a student in the Burnett Honors College. I am a Biomedical Sciences major with a minor in Business Administration. I graduated from Lake Brantley High School in Altamonte Springs, Florida in 2018. After I graduate from UCF, I will be applying for medical school to pursue my MD.
My favorite classes at UCF have been my biology courses. In these courses, I have been able to do some really cool things. I learned how to grow different types of bacteria on an agar gel plate, bred real fruit flies to learn about genetics, and acquired so many laboratory skills.
Being a STEM Ambassador this year is super exciting for me! I am looking forward to working with students to get them more excited and involved with the STEM fields. I love my major and I hope to spread this interest with others.
When I am not at school, I enjoy reading books, going on walks, and roller skating!
