Madhav Solanki

My name is Madhav Solanki, and I’m studying Computer Science, Cognitive Sciences, and Mathematics here at UCF. While my primary passion is in technology, I’m equally drawn to psychology, anthropology, and philosophy.

Having experienced the impact of UCF STEM initiatives firsthand since high school, I’ve always looked forward to contributing through them. I love when you enter a room as an individual and leave as part of a group, bound together by the same experience. As a STEM Ambassador, I aim to help craft this very experience that brings the curious minds together, the ones who show up with more questions than answers, and whose ideas cross boundaries. My advice to them would be to nurture and protect their ideas. Cultivate them, be bold with them, ask questions, and don’t be afraid to fail. It’s all part of the journey.

Aside from being an ambassador, I am involved in research, several RSOs on campus, and volunteer work in the community. In my free time, I enjoy running, cycling, music, and the beach.
