Frequently Asked Questions
Who can attend?
All current UCF students are welcome to attend! Registration for the event is required.
I can’t attend the entire event. Can I still come?
Yes! We know that class schedules may interfere with the event timeline and welcome you to attend the parts that you can. On the registration form, please indicate the times that you anticipate arriving and leaving.
What is the dress code?
As there is a networking component to the event, we recommend making a good impression with business casual dress. Not sure what this looks like? Career Services has the answer for you: Professional Dress 101
Will I be able to network with professionals?
Absolutely! Our line-up of professionals changes every year, but we make sure to have representatives present from a variety of fields including engineering, sciences, medicine, and computer science. A portion of the evening will be dedicated to both meeting these professionals as well as exchanging resumes with recruiters.
Should I bring a resume?
That is completely up to you. There will be recruiters at the event, so if you are looking to connect about a possible opportunity it is strongly suggested to come prepared. Need help updating your resume? Career Services has you covered: Build Your Resume and Cover Letter
